Newton Plus is a patented active hybrid long-range infrared barrier from CIAS; strong and reliable, with an attractive design. It consists of hybrid tx/rx optical assemblies that analyze and detect any possible intrusion. Newton plus is particularly useful for the protection of single-family houses, warehouse facades, roofs, fenced areas, parking lots, warehouses.

 

Condensation and morning dew, humidity inside the tower caused by high air temperature, ice, etc. are important factors to consider for effective external detection. NEWTON PLUS integrates a thermostat-controlled heater on each optic, preventing these situations.

 

Each cell integrates the dual function transmitter and receiver using D.I.S. technology (double interlaced scanning). The infrared rays are multiplexed and synchronized at a frequency of 100 Hz.

 

The Newton Plus is completely immune to glare directly onto the receiver from potentially powerful light sources such as the setting sun or car headlights.
