The Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Router 7 (UDR7), released on February 25, 2025, is a versatile all-in-one desktop cloud gateway that succeeds the WiFi 6 UDR, blending high-speed WiFi 7, multi-gigabit switching, and comprehensive UniFi OS management into a sleek cylindrical form factor.

It supports tri-band WiFi 7 (BE10700) with 6 spatial streams for aggregate 10.6 Gbps throughput (5.8 GHz: 5.8 Gbps, 5 GHz: 4.3 Gbps, 2.4 GHz: 688 Mbps), covering up to 1,750 sq ft and handling 300+ clients alongside 30+ UniFi devices.

Powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 @ 1.5 GHz processor and 4 GB DDR4 RAM, it includes a 4-port Gigabit switch with one 802.3af PoE output, dual WAN (1x 2.5G RJ45 + 1x 10G SFP+), and a pre-installed 64GB microSD for UniFi Protect NVR (up to 5 HD/1 4K cameras).

Full UniFi suite integration covers Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect apps, with features like 2.3 Gbps IDS/IPS firewall, Site-to-Site VPN (IPsec, WireGuard, OpenVPN), SD-WAN, and optional CyberSecure add-on.
