The IP-COM G1118P-16-250W is an unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch designed for IP surveillance, wireless networking and small-business installations. It features 16 Gigabit PoE ports and two Gigabit SFP fiber uplinks, supporting IEEE 802.3af/at with up to 30W per PoE port and a total PoE budget of 230W.
Four operating modes—Standard, Priority, Extend and VLAN—provide flexibility for different network deployments. With 6 kV lightning protection and a rack-mountable metal enclosure, the switch is suitable for CCTV systems, offices, hotels and commercial buildings.

The IP-COM G1118P-16-250W simplifies network installation by combining Gigabit data connectivity and PoE power delivery in one device. It is suitable for powering IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones without requiring separate power supplies for each compatible device.
The two Gigabit SFP slots provide fiber-optic uplinks to core switches or remote network segments. The switch supports automatic PoE device detection, PoE overload protection, short-circuit protection and IEEE 802.3x flow control.
Four operating modes
- Standard: Normal unmanaged switching operation.
- Priority: Prioritizes ports 1–8 for critical devices.
- Extend: Ports 9–14 support transmission distances up to 250 metres at 10 Mbps.
- VLAN: Isolates ports 1–14 from one another while allowing communication through ports 15–16 and the two SFP uplinks.
