The IP-COM EW12 is a tri-band wireless Mesh router and access point designed to expand Wi-Fi coverage without requiring Ethernet cabling between every node. Using IP-COM True Mesh technology, multiple EW12 devices can form a distributed wireless network to help eliminate weak-signal areas.
Its dedicated 5GHz backhaul provides a wireless link of up to 1300 Mbps between Mesh nodes, while the other wireless bands provide connectivity for client devices. Support for 802.11ac Wave 2, Beamforming, and fast roaming helps maintain reliable wireless connectivity as users move around the network.
