Optical dead-end coupling NMF-SC-2V-144-5HS is intended for fastening on supports of overhead cable lines, walls of buildings and structures. It is advantageous to use couplings of small capacity in the places of broaching of peripheral communication lines and in the places of branches of peripheral lines to subscriber lines. Recommended for places with high humidity and dusty air.

 

The clutch is equipped with a special mechanical locking system in the form of two half-hoops with a lock fixed with a special bolt, which greatly facilitates the assembly of the clutch, as well as access to the clutch during maintenance and repair.

 

The "hot" method of assembling and sealing cable glands with heat-shrinkable tubes increases the strength of the cable fixing system, the vandal resistance of the coupling and guarantees absolute isolation from dust and moisture. The body is made of impact-resistant frost-resistant polycarbonate.

 

Up to four splice cassettes made of durable plastic can be installed inside the coupling. The design of the cassettes allows for an easy and compact arrangement of splices, while eliminating twists and inadmissible bends of optical fibers. The assembly of the coupling is simple and does not take much time. The build cycle is a sequence of ten easy steps. All elements and accessories, as well as special tools, make the assembly reliable, high-quality and fast. Reopening and re-sealing is allowed while maintaining the primary parameters of the enclosure tightness. All elements of the coupling are designed taking into account operation in conditions of temperature difference, high humidity, under the influence of aggressive media and other harmful influences. They provide a strong hold and stable protection for the cables to be connected.
