Full Technical Description

The Security Professionals SP-OT-GBD1315-3LC provides a compact, hot-pluggable optical interface for single-mode fibre connections. BiDi technology enables bidirectional data transmission over one fibre, reducing fibre infrastructure requirements.

Operating at up to 1.25 Gbps, the module supports link distances of up to 3 km. It transmits at 1310 nm and receives at 1550 nm, requiring a compatible counterpart with the opposite wavelength configuration.

The transceiver supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), follows the SFF-8472 diagnostic interface specification and uses a 3.3 V supply. Its operating temperature range is 0°C to +70°C. Reprogramming options are available for compatibility with selected Cisco, H3C and Huawei equipment
