The Bericacavi J-Y(St)Y BMK is designed for low-voltage signal transmission in fire alarm, intrusion detection and telephone installations. Its two twisted pairs provide four individual conductors for connecting compatible equipment.
The cable uses solid annealed copper conductors with PVC insulation. An aluminium/polyester (Al/PET) screen and a copper drain wire help minimise electromagnetic interference. The red PVC outer sheath provides protection and clear identification in fixed installations.
