The Bericacavi J-Y(St)Y BMK B67E01C080 is designed for low-voltage signal transmission in fire detection, intrusion alarm and telephone installations.
The cable contains one twisted pair of 0.80 mm solid copper conductors, with PVC insulation and an overall aluminium/polyester tape screen. A copper drain wire supports the shielding arrangement, helping reduce the effects of electromagnetic interference. The red PVC outer sheath makes the cable easy to identify during installation.
It is intended for fixed installations in dry or damp indoor environments and temporary outdoor use, subject to installation requirements. It can be installed in suitable conduits, pipes and cable trays, but is not intended for direct burial. Its reaction-to-fire classification is Eca.
